TERMS

I offer products through this site only to final consumers. Final consumer is any individual who purchases at www.shop.tormius.com with ﬁnes other than for business, commercial or professional activities. Through this site no order will be attended that is not made by a final consumer.

I reserve the right to modify the commercial offer at any time of this site (modifies about prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). These modiﬁcaciones will not affect in any case the purchases already made.

As regards the intellectual property right, as reflected in the Official State Bulletin in Article 17, the rights of exploitation of the work correspond solely and exclusively to me, the author. The Spanish Intellectual Property Law specifies that the purchase of the work grants the buyer the ownership of the physical support that contains the work but does not acquire under any concept the intellectual property (copyright and author’s right) of the work itself. His reproduction and distribution is an exclusive right of the author.

SHIPPING

I send the orders personally, I print them, I pack them and I send them on demand at my local post office. I’m only one person who takes care of the whole process so I ask for patience. To thank you, you may find some surprises inside your packaging.
